Family Physician
This is a full-time physician role focused on lifestyle disease management, metabolic health and preventive medicine, with the opportunity to practise family medicine for the patients who stay with us.
What you will do
- Manage diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, fatty liver and related metabolic conditions.
- Conduct preventive health and biological age assessments, and interpret body composition, fitness assessment and continuous glucose monitoring data.
- Deliver the clinic's structured programs, including the 90-Day Weight Loss Program and the Diabetes Reversal program.
- Consult patients in person, and follow up with your own patients online where appropriate.
- Provide family medicine care to these patients and their families for their other health concerns.

- You can work independently after training and take full responsibility for your patients.
- You want to help develop the clinic and grow its family medicine practice, in line with the core principles of Vitalis Health.
- You take initiative and follow through.
Eligibility
- You hold a DNB, MD or postgraduate diploma in Family Medicine.
- Clinical experience and certification in Lifestyle Medicine or Diabetes are an advantage.
- You hold a valid medical council registration.
