Rinad A Nasar is a postgraduate Clinical Dietitian specializing in medical nutrition therapy, weight management, and lifestyle disease management. With hospital-based clinical training and experience in structured fitness practice, she delivers evidence-based, patient-centred nutrition care tailored to individual health goals.
Her qualification include:
- M. Sc. Food and Nutrition – RVS College of Arts and Science (2023-2025)
- B. Sc. Family and Community Science – CMS College, Kottayam (2019-2023)
