Your birthday tells you one age. Your blood work tells you another. This is a physician-reviewed report on how your body is ageing and where your risk sits, delivered online anywhere in India. A health check from the last three months is usually enough to build it.
Why this exists
A lab report shows you which numbers are abnormal. It does not tell you what they mean for you.
Most health checks end with a PDF and a few values marked in red. Those numbers become useful only when someone reads them together: what your risk actually is, how your body is ageing against the calendar, and which two or three changes would move it.
That is what this assessment does.

- A physician prepares and signs your report, and you receive it within one working day.

Who prepares your report
Vitalis Health is a lifestyle disease and longevity clinic that has been seeing patients since 2024. The online assessment uses the same method and the same scoring as the clinic assessment.
Reports are prepared by doctors we have trained in lifestyle disease and longevity based primary care. That training is the difference here, because reading a set of results for risk and for ageing is a different skill from reading them for disease.
Every report is written by a physician and signed by a registered medical practitioner before it reaches you.

How long does the whole process take?
Once we have your test results and your measurements, your report is usually ready within one working day. If you need tests first, allow a few days more for sample collection and laboratory processing. The screener itself takes about eight minutes.
How is biological age worked out?
Biological age is calculated using the PhenoAge method published by Levine and colleagues in 2018, which combines a set of routine laboratory markers into a single figure. Heart age is calculated separately using the QRISK3 healthy heart age model. Both are research-derived estimates used to guide and track care, and neither is a diagnosis.
Do I have to buy the tests through you?
No. The screener tells you which tests are needed and you are free to arrange them at any laboratory you like. If you would rather not deal with the arranging, we can organise it for you, and a physician will call you first to confirm exactly what is required.
When we arrange the tests we pass them on at cost. We add nothing for organising them, so using us is never more expensive than booking the same tests yourself. Either way the laboratory charge is yours rather than part of the assessment fee.
What if my existing report is missing a test?
We will tell you exactly which test to add rather than asking you to repeat the whole panel. In most company and insurance health checks the only missing item is CRP, which is inexpensive and widely available.
Which measurements do I need to send?
Four simple ones that you can take at home: your height, your weight, your waist circumference and a recent blood pressure reading. Our preparation instructions show you how to take each one accurately, and how to prepare for the blood test itself.
Is there a way to get this assessment included?
Yes. It is included at no charge when you take three cycles of our online weight loss program together. You complete the same free screener and arrange the tests at any laboratory within six months of enrolling, and your report is prepared exactly as described on this page.
Laboratory charges are still paid to the laboratory, and the optional physician consultation remains ₹1,500.
What is not in this report?
It does not contain a detailed diet plan, a daily calorie or protein target, or an exercise prescription. Those depend on your routine, your food preferences and any treatment you are already taking, so they are covered in the optional consultation rather than written blind.

Is the consultation included in the price?
No. The ₹1,500 covers your assessment and your report in full. The consultation is a separate ₹1,500 and it is entirely optional. Most people decide once they have read their report. It is the right choice if your results point towards medication, a referral, or a detailed diet and lifestyle plan.
Can I share the report with my own doctor?
Yes, and many patients do. The report is written to be read by a clinician as well as by you, with the scoring methods and reference thresholds stated alongside the results. It is designed to work alongside the doctor already treating you.
Where do I need to be?
Anywhere in India. Telemedicine guidelines require that you are physically present in India at the time of a video consultation. The report itself can be prepared wherever you are, provided your laboratory results are in a readable format.
What happens to my health data?
Your data is used to prepare your report and is stored on password protected, access restricted systems. It is handled in line with our privacy policy, and it is not shared with anyone outside the clinical team without your written consent.
