One-off assessment
A physician-reviewed report on how your body is ageing and where your risk sits. Built from your laboratory results, your health history and four simple measurements you take at home.

Step one
For the assessment, that means a recent health check or a short list of tests you can arrange at any laboratory. For the weight loss program, a detailed consultation and a week of logging what you actually eat.
Step two
Nothing is generated automatically. Reports are written by physicians, and coaching is delivered by a qualified dietitian working under physician supervision.
Throughout
Where laboratory tests are needed, you can arrange them wherever is most convenient, or ask us to organise it. The choice is always yours.
The clinic
Vitalis Health is a lifestyle disease and longevity clinic that has been seeing patients since 2024. The online services use the same assessment method and the same clinical scoring as the clinic.
Reports are prepared and reviewed by doctors we have trained in lifestyle disease and longevity based primary care, and every report is signed by a registered medical practitioner before it reaches you.
