Lifestyle-related conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity often develop quietly over many years. Our corporate programs help employees understand their health early and act on it, through education, on-site and online sessions, and physician-guided advice. Each program can be arranged on its own or combined into a yearly calendar for your organisation.
What we offer
Physician-led sessions on topics such as diabetes, heart health, stress, sleep and nutrition. Each talk is presented in clear language for a working audience, and topics can be chosen to suit the needs of your workforce.
Interactive and practical sessions on healthy eating, physical activity, stress management and sleep. Participants leave with skills that they can apply in their daily routines.
Workplace vaccination camps for adults, conducted under clinical supervision. The vaccines offered follow current national and professional guidance, and are agreed with your organisation in advance.
Each employee is tested for grip strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Every result is explained clearly, together with practical guidance on how to improve it.
Health talks and workshops can also be delivered online. This suits organisations with teams in several cities, as well as employees who work remotely, since everyone can join from wherever they are working that day.
A year of health at work
Many organisations plan their wellness activities around recognised health days. The calendar below shows how a year might look.
Employees begin the year with a biological age and risk profile, so each person knows where they stand.
Employees attend a health talk on women's health.
A practical workshop shows employees how to build more movement into the working day.
A talk on heart health is paired with a fitness camp.
A workshop helps employees manage stress and improve their sleep.
A talk explains how diabetes can be prevented and managed.
This is an example only. Every calendar is planned with your organisation, and vaccination camps can be added at any time of year.
Biological age and risk profile
Most employees already have an annual health check report, yet few know what the results mean for them. Our online biological age and risk profile builds on those results, together with each employee's health history and a few simple measurements, to show where their health actually stands.
Each employee receives a report signed by a physician. It sets their biological age and heart age against their actual age, scores their risk in seven areas and identifies the two or three things to act on first. The assessment is completed entirely online, so it suits teams that work across different cities.
The corporate rate is customised to your requirements and the number of employees taking part.

Questions
Yes. Each program can be arranged separately, or combined into a yearly calendar that suits your organisation.
Yes. Health talks and workshops can be delivered online, which works well for teams in several cities or for employees who work remotely. Vaccination and fitness camps are held at your workplace.
Usually not. A health check from the last three months is generally enough. If a test is missing, employees can have it done at any laboratory, or we can arrange it for them.
No. It is a structured risk assessment that guides care rather than a diagnosis. Each report is signed by a physician, and employees with findings that need attention are advised to consult a doctor.
